  1. Though I support the Oilers, I question whether they truly deserve to win this series. Even star players Connor and Leon haven't quite earned championship success yet.

  2. Happy father's day Dangle . Start your campaign to bring Marchy to Toronto . Wouldn't it make your century if he beat the Bruins in a game 7?

  3. Boooooring! You need a new angle Dangle! Tired of the screaming and voice deflecting, yaaaaawn.

  4. Kappanen may be the second fastest guy on their team lol….he's played amazingly , awful scratch imo

  5. My gut instinct is telling me game 6 will be the last game. Of course, we all thought that of game 4 last year.

  6. Panthers in 6! And if somehow Edmonton forces a game 7 they will have spent so much energy, they will not be able to respond in game 7. Not a good outcome any way you look at it. Oilers already look like they are dragging.

  7. Florida is just a better version of itself last year.
That's not good for the Oilers.

  8. We've learned over the last 2 years to never count out Edmonton, but in this case, I can't see Edmonton winning 2 games in a row against this Florida team. I hope I'm wrong.

  9. Florida is not only set up great for playoff hockey they are also set up perfectly to play against oilers strengths and weaknesses. The only way oilers can beat them is to play full entire games with 100% focus and 110% effort and that is difficult to do in 4 of 7 games. The only other way they win is to keep it close and hope for some highlight reel stuff from thier superstars.

  10. Dude, i live one block away from the Rogers arena where the Oilers play? in the past 30 years ive also lived in Winnipeg, Toronto, Dallas, Columbus, and Calgary.. idc who u root for? its JUST A GAME afterall? …why would i dislike u for telling your opinion of the truth?

  11. Leafs need to get Perry in the offseason sure he’s cursed to lose but at least they’ll make it to the cup final

  12. According to ESPN, the Panthers have maintained a significant lead in scoring throughout the first five games, accumulating a total of 200 minutes of scoring advantage. In contrast, Edmonton has managed to secure a lead for only 33 minutes, which is a 6 to 1 time advantage.

  13. Barkov not playing great? What was that take😂 just because dude is not scoring highlight reels everygame doesnt mean hes playing bad😂 cmon hes shutting down mcjesus and drysaitl

  14. In 2023, the Panthers had Lundell, Lusty and Rhino and they were fantastic.

Lundy and Lusty are the key. Young, defensive minded, never give up and play well off one another.

  15. We've reached the point in this series now where…the Panthers are practically locked in & ready to prepare for another Stanley Cup victory( while also staying even-keeled & not getting too overly anxious in the moment either ). While the Oilers….are running out of answers….like who's going to start in goal for Game 6? I would say that Picks goes back in, while others are suggesting that they go back to Stuart Skinner largely because he's still their No. 1 goaltender & they're hoping Stu still has something left in the tank. But the Panthers don't have that problem in goal. Bobrovsky has outplayed BOTH of them. After Game 4 sort of got away from Bob & the Panthers, they rebounded big-time on the road in Game 5. They have practically done a LOT of their damage on the road in these playoffs. I would expect the Oilers will be able to muster just enough energy to play as best as they can in Game 6….but right now, even their best just might not be enough to beat the Panthers.

  16. Man I hate it when Steve says "Oof, marone" – only because I then use it for the next two week…. Oof, marone steve!!!

  17. Whatever! Oilers goaltending was ALWAYS GOING TO BE THE PROBLEM! Do what we do in pickup hockey — switch the goalies around: Oilers probably win.

  18. In the last 100 minutes on 5 on 5 how many goals has McDavid scored against Barkov?

    2. Two goals. That is what Barkov is doing best, taking away the high-scorers while others do the scoring for them

  19. Like Steve said, the best team doesn't always win. The Panthers win because they have just enough skill and a TON of depth. They remind me of the 1974 Philly Flyers, who had talent in Bobby Clarke, Rick McLeish and Bernie Parent. Behind those three guys they had a bunch of dudes who would do ANYTHING to win (including beating up your grandmother if they thought it would help). The Panthers don't "goon it up" like those Flyers, but they do have Sam (Mr. Accidentally on Purpose) Bennett.
Why are the Panthers so much deeper than other teams? Easy – no state taxes.

  20. Bennett Canadian. Marchand Canadian. Arrrghhhhh Canadians are the best hockey players but they’re playing for Florida. Don’t make me mention they all grew up TO fans and or from Ontario

  21. 9:11 man i feel that. Started hockey at 22 and i love it so much. I am hot hot garbage and man does it make you appreciate the NHL
