They literally scored 1 goal per game OR LESS in more than half the games that series. Give the guy a chance at least. And to assume this Edmonton team wouldnât score more than 1 goal the other half of the series, you donât have to be a head coach in the NHL to know that one

I love that he played 7 minutes and Pete still says itâs his loss, a better example of a large sample size is 18 years and 2 Conference final wins 1NJD 1SJS all the others were 4-1 and 4-2 losses just ask VGK what happens when you get rid of him

Well let me ask this for everyone saying he handled oettinger wrong. Look at Connor hellebuyck. The longer he was in the worse he got. Things didnât get better. Sure itâs elimination game but clearly he wasnât locked in. Iâm not saying he couldâve saved those goals but the puck found the back more than it didnât (figuratively).
DeBoer dug his own grave with that statement
