Canes may have a good culture, but culture can always be improved. That could mean just adding extra off ice team time but I think they already have that brotherhood.
Also, you’re saying shake it up and look for talent – that is exactly what they did with the Rantenan deal. Even though it didn’t work out exactly as they expected. Can’t say they did not try. I doubt you “hate saying it” because you say it every day.
Hopefully, Tulsky looks at Ekblad. Obviously they have something amazing with Nikishin.
I have faith in Rod & Tulsky
Carolina learns that they cant hang with the panthers
I am a lifelong panther fan so I’m a little biased but I also live in Raleigh so I do like the canes. The canes problem is that they play the same style as the panthers which Is great but panthers do it on a whole other league above.
I don't think you could go past ecf unless the panthers regress a lot in the next three which isn't the case. Let Forsling to go to panthers was certainly a choice
Oh, we really learned from the Florida Panthers is that Paul Maurice copied Rod Brindamours style with better and more experienced players.
Rods style therefore works, we just need better players
We really need playoff players, and that's pretty much it. Our style is tailor made to win against other teams and lift the trophy, we're just lacking the depth
The answer is no
