Good contract foe Rempe. I think a lot of Ranger fans underestimate how good he can be. Watching him wheel the puck from his own zone up ice at the end of the season opened my eyes for sure. Eventually I can see Remps being the 4th line center. Signing Cullye & Edstrom is up next. Then trading K'iller before July 1. I read somewhere that Sullivan is not a fan of K'iller's game so that makes a trade likely. Hope Drury is talking to the Sabres.

Matt Rempe is John Scott with better PR. He's Raffi Torres with a glass jaw. He's Claude Lemieux without the talent. The idea that he's "targeted" by referees is laughable. He's not a victim, he's an as*hole on skates. "The Refs had it in for us!" excuse is the same one Toronto and Edmonton make all the time. It's silly. Just admit your team sucks, keeping Rempe didn't make it better, and then trade Zibinejad to anyone stupid enough to take on that contract and who has more than some dirty towels and a bag of pucks to offer in return.
I'm shocked the Rangers didn't go true to form and sign Toews, because aging former super stars with high price tags is sort of their thing.
