Great video as always! Couple of thoughts, love the new jersey full stop. In regards to Howard you absolutely do everything you can to trade for him. Exactly what you want to do.. build with top end prospects. One thing I haven't seen mentioned anywhere is that for years, we've had a hard time finding a linemate that has chemistry with Pasta outside of Marchand and Bergeron. Geekie seems to bring out the best in Pasta, points wise look at his assist total, that was feeding Geekie and vice versa. They have GREAT chemistry together, you sign Geekie to a multi-year deal IMO. I'd go as high as 5 years.

I don't know the history of why they did that, but it brought us a freaking Stanley Cup! 🏆

Jerseys are great. I've been wanting the 70s-90s jerseys for years now, as it is what I grew up with. I agree the shoulder patch should be on both, looks weird on one only (i do like the text change on home/away too). I am disappointed no gold socks for the home, but these are better than the weird hybrid socks from the centennial game. As far as the collar, I simply hate the current collar template on NHL jerseys period. Small gold to match the away would have been great, but don't mind the all black. I think i like the white slightly better, but both are great.
My opinion on the change to white at home, I think that all teams should be able to wear all their jerseys at various points at home. Fans deserve to see both, as well as see the visitors variation as well. The AHL switches the home colour for half the season – white at home before all-star game, and dark after.
The sweaters are amazing. gonna buy day 1. gonna get a fanatics Breakaway to wear during the games, then an authentic pro for my Bruins Sweater collection (my oldest is a few 03-04 sweaters. I even have a Mike Knuble sweater). For a 3rd? I'd like a gold sweater!
Don't care much about the jerseys… Put a good product on the ice again asap. Get the 2011, 2023 team culture back.
If the Bruins can trade a 2026 first round pick and low level prospect for Howard, then I'd definitely do that. He's been one of the best college players and also done extremely well for USA on the world stage. And the B's need to find serious top-6 talent ASAP.
With a player like Isaac Howard added to Matt Poitras, now you're heading in the right direction.
AND if you could still pick up James Hagens or Brady Martin in this NHL draft, then I think that you've have a nucleus of serious talent for Marco Sturm to work with. PLUS, I think that Will Zellers and Fraser Minten could eventually either push for top-6 or be excellent 3rd liners.
Embrace the youth movement! For those not NHL ready, let's get them going in the AHL @ Providence.
Make Pasta the Captain and set the tone for the younger players.
I think that Elias Lindholm can have a bounce back year and be a decent 2C, especially defensively. And Keep Zacha, Pasta and Geekie for the top line. Plus the Bs have enough cap space for 20+ goal scoring free agents.
Play sound defense (and hopefully Hampus Lindholm and Charlie McAvoy stay healthy and the Bs could chase a low-end playoff spot.

Interested with the draft If Hagens is there you hope they take him other than that I like Obrian & Mcqueen, also I keep hearing Martone may fall not a centre but could be a steal. You mentioned Obrian do you have any other thoughts on who they might take?

New jerseys are cool. Another great video Court. U touched on everything up until tomorrow. I am still scared something dumb may happen like last seasons draft but i hope we keep the pick and take obrien 1st or martin, i doubt hagens falls to 7. I think instead of moving zacha they should move mittlestadt who isnt worth 5.7 mill. Hopefully tomorrow we end up with a solid young pick to add to the team?
I agree about the jerseys – these are a clean dynamic look and reminiscent of the 80's jerseys that we all loved. One point – I hope the NHL switches back to the white home jerseys for teams as it will give fans the opportunity to see the more colorful dark jerseys of visiting teams. As far as Isaac Howard goes, I would love to see the B's contact him directly and see if he would be amenable to negotiating a deal with them. If that were the case, I would give up a 1st rounder in 2026 for him. My thoughts regrading this draft is for them not to give up the seventh-round pick and I would be really happy if they could get Jake O'Brien, Brady Martin or James Hagens with that pick. Personal message to Don Sweeney – don't mess up negotiations with Morgan Geekie! I was very pleased when they signed him in 2023 and he has developed as many people hoped and anticipated. Don't go with a bridge deal. He deserves a contract with longevity and stability. We'll see what happens.
