  1. I heard he won't sign in Minnesota unless hes guaranteed top line , idk if its true but if so I don't think that's the type of personality the rangers need we have enough prima donnas.

  2. They would have to give up NEXT year's 1st on an offer sheet. The draft takes place before free agency.

  3. Why do we want another disgruntled player who doesn't want to play for the team they have a contract? What if he is not happy playing 3rd line center? Will he want to quit the team? I think it's a bad move

  4. We don’t need Rossi and Mika is not playing third line center. This doesn’t make any sense at all for the Rangers. This won’t happen.

  5. The problem with your plan is the wild already offered this bridge deal and it was rejected. All this would do is help us as we’d certainly just match the deal and keep him. The only way you’re going to get him is to trade a valuable asset or two or offer him a deal so high that we’d choose not to match it. At that point we’d take the draft picks attached to the dollar amount signed per the offer sheet rules. Do your homework son!

  6. Dude languished in the minors for years before staying in Minnesota for a Summer before he finally took off. He is for sure top six, but the Wild are known for mishandling their talent. He was nails when he was playing with Kap and Boldy and the chemistry was undeniable. They moved him down because the Wild have zero depth and you can't put a top six guy on your 4th line and expect him to carry the load. Him not signing a bridge deal for me isn't a big deal. They were going to lowball him anyways since they have other guys they need to sign first. Dude has proven he's good enough to get top six minutes, but BG is doing this to try and corner him on a lowball contract.

  7. Funny how U guys want younger players, that’s nice n dandy, but once playoffs come about ,all teams are looking for older playoff experience . Liked Corey Perry, Todd Marchand etc. so stop this crap about players in there 30s they are the true warriors
