  1. I wasn't going to drink today. Going to get tennerd. WHY! We've done big bad bruins and keep losing. There isn't any other bruisers for league minimums?

  2. What the f is don and cam doing omg went backwards. All losers signings no offense talent all either role player and goons sick of this management scouting lost a bruins fan pasta leave if I were you. Spent majority of the money on 4th line e and role players. Bunch of bums over there

  3. Spent the majority of money on 4th lines and role players not f Ken 1 goal scorer play maker omg

  4. Stupid signing. 3.4 a year for a guy who is going to score 8-10 goals a year. Another bottom 6 forward that Boston has too many of right now

  5. I think it was a great move by Sweeney to sign this guy. He provides the protection up front for Hagens if he makes the team out of camp, plus the other kids, Moore & Zellers, when they hopefully make it next season. Hoping Sweeney grabs a legit # 3 defender with Bs physicality then his D is completely set. Sweeney is building his team from the backend out. He wants to make scoring goals for opposing teams exhausting and painful. He is a student of the game and has watched FL closely. They punish people in the D zone and have great goaltending and timely scoring. That is the model he is following. This is still Pasta's team so no big free agent wing signings. He has Geekie under K and why spend the money when Hagens might go off as a rookie. Hagens looked stout in uniform a couple of days ago and with Jeannot couple with Zadarov, McAvoy and Kastelic, if they keep him, Hagens is not going to get bumped around like Berdard did for the Hawks in his rookie year as an 18yr old.

  6. The answer to the Frederic question, in my eyes as a Bruins fan, it's that for a big guy who is terrible to play against, HE WASN'T DOING ANY OF WHAT HE'S ALLEGEDLY KNOWN FOR. He was all but invisible on the ice for the past three years, wasn't fighting, wasn't chirping, and never threw a hit. Idk what happened to Freddy but he ain't the guy who beat the brakes off Tanev in his first career game. Even worse, what little scoring touch he had, also went away.

  7. If Marchand wanted 6 years during the negotiations, that had to be the sticking point. No way was Sweeney interested in paying him for 6 years.

  8. Sorry. Don't sweeney has done a great job but he was kept alive by team friendly deals and his only real job was to get the big fish at the trade deadline. Beyond that he has been not very good.

  9. Massive overpay for a guy that should be on the scrap heap. This just feels like the Bruins are giving up on Lysell, Merkulov, and Poitras.

  10. I dont understand how it can even be questioned that the bruins now have a bad top 6. Outside of the top pairing on D they dont have anything either. 2nd and 3rd pair were not good last year. I think they tried to patch it to stay competitive and its totally bit them in the ass.

  11. The annoying thing is the Traded Justin B. for Lauko who they didnt resign then sign this clow to a 5×3.4 is insane to me. Justin B is way cheaper and has more upside.

  12. The only logical explanation I can think is he’ll be a guardian for the young kids we call up. Poitras was injured on a big hit over the last year, and no one really came to his defense. It also seemed to spook him going forward. So this pickup is likely to defend Lysell, Merk, and Hagens down the line. Regardless, too much term/money

  13. I’m happy for Tanner. I liked him when he was on the Kings. Just his injuries kept him down. But he also playing on the 4th line.

  14. That frederick contract set the market for bad players. 8 years 30 mil. What is Edmonton thinking? It makes the Jeannott deal look not as bad

  15. Freddy is horrible. He stopped playing intense physical hockey. Someone told him hes a top 6er and messed him up i think. Public Skate Freddy is what i call him. Watched every single game he played as a bruin and for the oilers this playoffs.

  16. What’s funny is the Bruins traded Peter Hauser to the Oilers for Maximus Wanner, a 2nd and a 4th. So those are the 3 pieces they got in the Frederic (and Jones whatever) trade.

Hahaha knew I should have just waited cause Jesse got to it 😂
