I said it when they moved some players arent going toenjoy Utah. Its not Utahs fault but In Arizona there was Scottdale and clubs and tons of Golf and thing they were familiar with an dhappy doing. Then You proo Him and other players and of course they kinda slow down. I fel super bad for Doan because he had always dreamed of being a Coyote and suddenly thats gone that fanbase that had instant love and support was gone. If Doan knew tat would he have even signed in Arizona? or would he sign and leave later maybe thats part of the reson for the trade. For anyone to say this didntplay a factor with some players game is a bold face lie. We'll see if Keller stays when his contracts over or any other big guns. Again Its not Utahs fault but Utah isnt Arizona.

I can see him on power play
He refused to play defense. Small wonder Utah got rid of him. Many healthy scratches for that reason.

The ice in the Delta Center is terrible- I think going from the best ice in the NHL at Mullett Arena to what he had in Utah significantly contributed to his numbers last year. His skating is is as important to him as his vision and hockey sense. Bottom line- Toronto is going to be giving up a 2nd Rounder here, which is still pennies on the dollar for what he's worth.
Worth the risk? What risk? The Leafs bumbled this and are lucky to be getting anything for a 100 point scorer. And they’re still a soft team to play against. You might not get the two points but nobody minds playing against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
You said it, he’s too small and gets pushed off the puck. Not going to work against Florida in the playoffs. Bad trade imo.

Nothing for Marner, you had over a full year to do something….what a big disappointment….terrible management. Roy – 3 million for a 4th line center….a salary dump…lollllll, comical. Marcellli l do like, a top 6 Forward. Overall, so far, not good at all….we need a another top 6 F. We are not a better team.
