That would be a downgrade for sure. U keep forgetting that miller isn't the fastest, and his backchecking isn't exactly a big part of his game. Unlike mika, who is usually the 1st forward back and is more of a 2 way player than Miller. THAT is why u keep mika on the wing with miller, they complement each other, had good chemistry. You put McCann on that line, and they will be a minus line all season.

The only trade id be down for right now is for Robertson if mika would waive his nmc

Is your thought being zban goes to seattle? Thats laughable, he will never go there. Why would seattle shed a $5m contract and take on a n $8m contract? Makes no sense.
The only way this happens is if the rangers trade Laf. Is that worth it?
I think you guys need to look a bit closer at the cap. We wont be running with 8 defensemen when the season starts. For arguments sake, say you send down Robertson and add back $775K. That gives us about $1.55 Mil in cap space. Get rid of Soucy's $3.25 Mil and now we're talking some real money.
