I love and have always loved Charlie Macavoy. I am certainly not part of that crowd. He's amazing and I would be devastated if we lost him
The +/- stat is an overall guage of how effective a player is on ice. Just imagine a way of whittling down who has impact and who doesn't. I think it's very useful but I am new to the stat.

Wait. What about Khusnutdinov? Did we lose him as well? I really liked his game last season. In his age he made such smart plays that he seemed like a veteran.
Gotta buyout Korpisalo, the cap penalty + an ELC/league min player will be the same cap hit and can’t possibly perform worse than he did
I think they will split up McAvoy and Lindholm rather than be too top heavy. After the top line it is scary bad. I really want to see Blumel. Kid has 30 goals in the AHL the last 2 years.
I wish Swayman would conduct himself more like Rask. I feel like he tries to be aggressive and tough like Tim Thomas, but I don't think hes that guy. I think he was lucky Darcy Keumper didn't get ahold of him because I think he would have beat the doors off Swayman. Maybe I'm wrong. We need him to be calm and confident, we got enough fighters
