Another must win game, how we feeling Jets fans?
It says in the rule book that if it goes off the goaltenders stick specifically it should count even if they kicked it. Cause Dallas may have kicked it but Hellybuck is the one who shot it in, if it went straight in or deflected off his pad it would be a different story
Jets need to be cold blooded, only way we can win against this team. Once you get the lead, keep scoring and scoring.
What freidman said about trying to make refs feel “empowered” is true, that’s the biggest joke I’ve ever heard. Actually laughably dumb. They can’t make the call because they might hurt the refs feelings? Wtf
I think lose tonight and we lose the series. But being down 2-1 in a series, we are still very much in it at this point. Lets hope for a full 60. Heiskanen will likely be back but hasnt played since Jan so need to take advantage before hes back to game speed
49.2 (ii) "A kicked puck that deflects off the stick of any player (excluding the goalkeeper’s stick) shall be ruled a good goal."
The goal stands because Helle swinging at the puck was seen as him putting the puck in the net instead of it being a deflection which is the word used in the rule book. Disagreed with the call when it happened but that reasoning feels acceptable. You can decide for yourselves how you interpret the word "deflection" but I think everyone can agree that a nearly 10 minute review for that was too much.
Get ready, its going to be another long summer. Crappy power play, slow starts almost every game and total collapses regularly equal golf time.

2:13 right before this goal there was also a late hit clearly after the whistle which woulda put us on a powerplay. Refs sucked this game

This game is the series. There is no kick on the play. Hits a Jets player on the way and then the worst road game goalie in NHL history that has 3 Vezinas shoots it in.
It boggles my mind how the nhl structures their officials system, there shouldn't be an nhl exposure combine for d1 to d3 previous players to get a chance at staying in the sport, like no way. Just because you can skate doesn't mean you have the same game management as an actual referee with a decade plus of experience.

Yo great video man! Hopefully they find a big second wind cause they have a tall mountain to climb in front of them. Also a small suggestion I have is, when you are editing and have a photo on screen, make the photo slowly zoom in while it is on screen. It adds a nice little touch and helps keep the photo from feeling stagnant
