How oh how will the Leafs cope with such a difficult schedule to start the season. 14 of the first 20 at home & only 2 of the first 13 games are against playoff teams from last year. Better hope Matthews can stay healthy this season as if he goes down for any length of time without Mitch the Leafs might see some lean times hitting the back of the net this regular season.

Is either Edmonton and Calgary back to back or LA and Anaheim back to back, that’s doesn’t count as super exhausting.

– same time zone
– no need for a flight
That’s a blessing, as far as “back to back games with travel” are concerned. It’s not the most comfortable, but, same time zone and no flight, better than most back to back road game scenarios
