Jay I may Have To bite You!!! The Jackets don't have a Left Wing issue , we have a Right winger issue Lol And I've been screaming this for years!! Another Reason why I hated taking Lindstrom Over Demidov, getting rid of Brindley and Danforth!! Natural Left Wingers on this Team- Vronny, KJ, Chinny, Boone, Silly, Aston Reese and now Wood,!! They are all Lefties including Monahan, Fantilli, Lundestrom, Luca Del Bel Belluz, Cayden Lindstrom and even Johnny and Laine were Lefties!! Its like we're allergic To Right Handed Players on this Team!! We only have Marchy and Olivier now who are natural Right Wingers besides Charlie Coyle!! Hopefully maybe Dumais takes a step and can move up! But other than that were forcing Lefties on the right side!!! Another reason I hated this offseason!! We got No Righties beside Coyle and let our other ones walk or traded them. I think maybe Roslovic is still out there unsigned? Rakell? Lol Forcing these Lefties To Play Righty is always gonna be less productive than letting guys play on their natural sides!! It Makes No Sense!! As per Lines, Maye Slot Coyle or Olivier up on that second line on the right side with Fants and KJ? Then move Boone or Silly Back to 3rd Line Center so we can at least have our top two lines playing on their natural sides Lol Plus Olivier and Coyle could add free up space, add grit and fight in the corners for the boys!! Idk? Before this Chinny Stuff I figured He would play the RW with Fants and KJ like the beginning of last year but now who knows no!! Great Vid lol
The CBJ need a legit top 6 winger. IMO a top 6 winger and goalie are the glaring concerns at this point. As you mentioned, Boone is a 3rd liner (at least he should be) that’s often injured.
