Defense upgrade was needed…but as long as Z, Laffy and others get away without forechecking or backchecking, we are sunk.
I am for anything that will significantly upgrade the NYR defense. We can't keep leaving our goalies out to dry. Elite level goaltending cannot be our only form of D.
Ill pass as hard as I possibly can im not interested in moving in that direction with an old player . I'd rather ride on the young guys and see what happens than get even older as a team.
Rangers have to proceed forward and by picking up a 36 year old defenseman is ridiculous specially when there are other UFA players that can be selected..
I have a great idea, lets load up on 35+ year olds and trade all the kids, this strategy has made the Rangers the league leader in Stanley Cup wins.
