  1. The Trail Blazers potential arena is going to be used as leverage for Carolina to get a new one.

  2. Been a diehard Blazers fan for over 40 years. If Dundon tries to move the team he will go for a deep swim in Crater Lake. Hope both the Blazers and the Canes get the upgrades/attention they need. Neither team deserves split attention. Trying to hold onto some optimism.

  3. Tom has a few other people from Portland who are interested in being part of his minority ownership group. I believe he will keep the Blazers in Portland and the arena will get the upgrades needed until he can find the right real estate somewhere around Portland to build a new arena with a multi use complex around it like what is happening for the Hurricanes
