Definitely want to see Zibanejad start on the wing with Miller
No question about it, all things being equal in pre-season, Mika on JT's right sounds like it's worth a run.
Mika Zibanejad, J.T. Miller, Will Cuylle is a juggernaut line…. build around it, don't break it up. no injured Kreider.
If you put Zib on the wing, the 3rd line is a huge ???
Agree John with your top two lines…Laffy-Troch-Bread, Mika-Miller-Cuyle. Fourth line will give them solid minutes and toughness. Biggest question is clearly the third line – and can we get solid minutes and production out of some of the younger players. I would personally start with Berrard – Othman – Perrault. Johnny B. can fill in as needed if the younger players not getting it done. Parsennin I am just not convinced but would love to be wrong given his age and size.
still would like to see a trade for a young n tough 2C for othman or berard plus picks. Troch down to 3C

Perrault will be buried on the 3rd line and traded for peanuts in 2 years
Mika as 3rd C opens opportunity for Perreault on top line where he needs to be. Then Othman, Mika, Berard or Radish. 3 very competitive lines, not to mention R/C/E 4th.

What not an awesome idea. Choosing Mike Sullivan for change in everything unless your change is for the worse. His puck-side overload defense sucks. You really think Letang or Karlsson are slouches or is it his scheme really really sucks
For me, the issue becomes about salary. Mika will be another albatross- he got the money he did because he was our #1 C…..if he’s not that anymore, then why is he being paid so much?

Put the young future forwards together. LAf and CUylle with JT. Othmann and Berard with Trocheck. Parsinnen with Brodzynski and RAddysh. Healthy scratch Mika and PAnarin so they waive their no trade clauses and we can get some value for them. Hey Mike Sullivan do you have the balls to do that.
I'd really prefer to see Zibanejad as a winger… on any other team. Maybe Sullivan can get something more out of his lazy butt.
