The growth will come naturaly but it takes time. If the sharks will be be last again the only thing worries me how the young players handle this. But from a bic picture point oft view getting a player like McKenna, holy smokes, this is a potiential dynasty in the making. After next season thats where the should take big steps forward.
I hope the Sharks finish last again. If they show improvement and the young players can handle the show then its a winning season in my book!
