Rangers should easily be in the top 20
These lists are usually garbage. The only time a team drafts a superstar is if they suck or win the lottery. John Lilley & scouts have done a great job of drafting in later rounds. Guys like Laba & Roobroeck stand out. If Rangers want a superstar they need to sign McDavid when he goes FA(wishful thinking to be sure but fun, fun, fun to think).
These list are garbage, just like the draft where players are picked in the first round and become absolutely nothing. Everyone thought they were something and turned out to be wrong. People change and they change with their environment and their training.
