If Detroit trades the rights to Filip Zadina for Quinn in a package ….. oh right, he was a bust in Motown, then got moved, etc. What a horrible miscalculation that draft was by Detroit staff at the time.

Look, I like Quinn Hughes, and I'm proud Canuck fan, but if Quinn does not want to stay in Vancouver, I have no intention of sucking up or begging the guy to stay in Vancouver. Yes he is a generational player, but if he wants out, cut him off and trade him. Its that simple.

I'm a rarity among Wings fans in that I wouldn't be averse to moving Larkin. The overpayment I would expect probably places this trade outside the tolerable range for the average Canucks fan.
