The idea of all three Hughes brothers aligning contracts to all choose to play together sounds plausible, but the reality is that Quinn Hughes is the calibre of player that is the centerpiece and major cap % of whichever team signs his next contract.
And THEN you think a team is also going to be able to also make room for Jack and Luke contracts.
If a team is looking to blow up their existing team or if the team is swimming in cap space as most cellar dwellers are, getting all three on the same team could be possible, but injecting all three into an existing team with other cap obligations seems unlikely.
If ANY team has the possibility to ice all three Hughes brothers, it may be the Canucks because the Canucks can give Quinn the longest term on the next contract and could probably afford Luke and Jack in another year or two.
