Been comparing Cowan to Kadri for awhile now. Same size, they play a similar style of game, they both improved every year in juniors and Both outplayed expectations.
I definitely think time in the AHL is needed for him to adjust properly. In time he can reach Kadri like potential imo. But maybe I'm wrong the guy plays through the pressure and becomes a star or an important role player right away.
Watching the 'decline' of a team that peaked by making the 2nd round… has not achieved anything notable in 58 years.. LOL!
