Les coyotes reviennent? Comité mis en place à l’intérêt.

Les Coyotes de l’Arizona peuvent revenir à un moment donné qu’il y a un comité qui a été mis en place pour voir quelles sont les perspectives pour eux de revenir. 1. What about The New Jersey Devils, They started in KC, Then moved to Denver. Luckily the Devils found success although it took some time though. Phoenix and Atlanta had their chances and failed! It’s time that the NHL gives Quebec a second chance and give Houston a crack. Dallas vs. Houston, instant rivalry!

  2. I know for a while there was talk about Hamilton Ontario, but due its location between Toronto & Buffalo the idea has been set aside.

I would like to see hockey in Québec City, Kansas City, or Houston before talk of a return to Atlanta or Phoenix.

My question is rather than adding an expansion team, are there any teams that are failing due to funds or attendance that could move to either QC, KC, or Houston before a new team is brought into the league.

Keep up the great content Larry. I'm looking forward to the upcoming season.

  3. Larry… no, the Utah Mammoth are a new franchise. They have only Coyotes 1.0 hockey assets. The Coyotes intellectual property, including the Coyotes history and franchise records remained in Arizona (now owned by the league). Utah is not directly connected to the Coyotes.

I know you are highly critical and not in favor of the NHL in Arizona, but at least you have an understanding of what needs to be done. You keep bringing up Quebec City and I get it, but we both know for as long as the Canadian economy is in the toilet and no owner in sight that will invest even more money to compensate for the disadvantages of having a team in a much smaller sized market, it will not happen. There is a much better chance Phoenix gets a team back.
