One thing Finn’s ᴅᴏɴ’ᴛ care if you call them Finnish or Suomi it means basically the same thing What pisses us off is mispronouncing names that are simple to say like Rantanen you 3 haven’t said his name correctly once in the years I’ve been watching you and that’s one of the most common names in Finland
Phonetically it would be (using English pronunciation)
Runt-a-nen not Rant as in to rave about something look up the pronunciation of the name on YouTube they’ve made a video about the pronunciation because it’s pissing pff a whole fkn country!! Mispronounced names is a sign of disrespect and in some cultures there’s nothing worse so take some time and effort learning to get as close as possible because it gets tiresome hearing the same mispronounced names over and over
