I disagree with Paul Hamilton. Tuck does not hold all the cards, he's never taken this team to the playoffs. If Wayne Gretzky is tradeable, so is Alex Tuck! We could get lots for Alex Tuck! I wouldn't pay him 12 million. See what teams are offering. It's the smart thing to do..
A full healthy Thompson last season and a little more luck would made him top scorer of the leauge. He could easily got 9 more goals.

So i am not worried about offense.
I think we may see a little more reserved but more efficient offense with a tighter D.

Perterka was a plus 10 last year…-1 this year….not sure where you get this he’s worst defensive player in league history stuff…Reinhart was -97 on Buffalo and was worst minus in league his last year…he was so lazy on back checking but he improved now he’s a very good two way guy(or Barkov just makes him better).
Golisano and Larry Quinn never wanted Briere back, he only wanted 5 mill for 5 years and I was in the room when Golisano said “F that little midget, I’m not paying his annuity!”
Having 3 goalies is a wasted spot for Ruff. You know he wants that spot for either Dunne or Geertsen. Someone who can fight.
1 of the 3 Goalies will be traded eventually. I believe UPL is on a short leash. It's a show me something UPL time, we will see how strong UPL's 🧠 Is. In the playoffs, it's mostly mental, we will see what we have Gentileman
These 3 media members all said Josh Allen had terrible college stats and would never be good, they hated drafting Allen, shows how much they know…Sonwhen they say Peterka sucks and will NEVER be good in the D zone they are clueless. I bet anyone $100 that he will get 40 goals this year and be a high plus minus, not on ice for many goals against on a better coached team.
I fully agree with the notion as UPL goes so do the Sabres. If UPL falters at anytime during the season and we have to rely on Lyon or Georgiev it's not going to be good.
