Nick Robertson does not take a lot of penaltys he did not have many had a couple bad ones but not a lot of them check his penalty minutes
Dakota Joshua has 3rd LW locked up on every scorecard and almost nobody has seen him play. Wait until him and McMann come bumbling out of the gate and then see if there's no place for Robertson.
Jarnkrok, Kampf, and Robertson are expendable. No "stones or physicality" from any of these players!
In my opinion they trade robertson there making a mistake however if the team they trade him to will take Kamph to now if that happens your sitting on just a little over 4 million in cap space to work with and I do believe right now they have a little over a million in cap space to add to that 4 mill so that makes a little over 5 mill nice little chunk of change to sit on after the season starts. I have a feeling that 5 mill will come in handy as the season moves along it opens up some more options

But for whatever reason he's not good enough for this team.? Come on. He never got a fair shake. Very little PP time. Minimal ice time. But he SCORES!! He'd be a 30 goal guy with more minutes and 2nd PP unit time.

Robertson will not go to a playoff team like Dallas. He is too small to be successful in the playoffs. So the Sharks makes sense.
