Ace I think if a trade were to happen before Quinn becomes a UFA I would think they would need to send Hamiliton and Timo in addtion to other assets. Outside of Nico and Bratt, Timo is the only realistic attractive asset to go with Hamilton.
If the Devils do get Quinn Hughes, it will be during free agency in 2027. And if Vancouver trades Quinn Hughes, it will be on or around trade deadline day in 2027.
