There is not a chance in hell McDavid signs with us haha. But the countdown is hilarious.
Shanny's biggest mistake was hiring Dubas for the big chair and compunded it by leaving him in it for way to long. It almost seemed like the fans and the media were setting the course for the team and Dubas was following along.

Strange that one injury to Laughton makes Berube change three of four lines.
I agree with Jay. A third line of Joshua, Roy and Domi makes much more sense than putting Domi back at 3C and further crippling the line's shutdown capability by throwing Robertson on as 3RW as well. That third line has no clear identity once again.
The good news is they have all year to get it right, and the familiarity and chemistry can only get better.
Right after watching this, my daughter, an Edmonton fan, phoned to tell me that McDavid has signed for 25 mil 2 years. 🙂
Domi is good with Matthews, my opinion if Macelli doesn't click eventually Domi can be an option in the future 💙🤍🏒🥅✌️

The McDavid signing doesn't make any sense…Is there a chance there's a condition that if McDavid asks for a trade with a certain team, the oilers have to oblige within a certain time for a maximum of say 2 1st round picks? This way, everyone kinda looks good.

The issue is he looked invisible off that top line…I bet Robertson would look comfortable on that top line, too…Put Maccelli on the bottom six…then give him the Robertson…he doesn't do much assessment
