    there will be injuries throughout the year and there will be strong replacements to call up. management has done a good job with an empty draft cupboard and against the cap when they took on this team. memorial cup speaks for itself.

    Nice Line up, just a few days, and we are going to see what Foote is going to do.

    I fully agree about the third line, I'm excited to see cootes playing for the canucks.

    I think its a great idea to rotate the defense. It should be all of them though not just the 3rd pairing. A fresh Hughes down the stretch makes sense to me.

    Kane – Chytl -Garland is a perfect line, kane is physical and can shoot, garland is great at puck retrieval and can get rebounds, Chytl is creative and carries the play with his speed

    I cant see them trading Forbort. Why give up the depth. He is really good on the PK. He needs to be replaced on the PK either way he is atleast your 7th dman.

    I'd argue that Quinn and Phil is broken. When they first were paired they worked together but Quinn doesn't go to him anymore. They used to function like a 3rd line on the ice but now Phil ends up like a defensive defenceman. Not the worst thing but it's a weaker option than it used to be

    Canucks D is well positioned with a large crop of young D once QH leaves in two years and old players retire.

    Myers? The chaotic falling cedar tree … usually onto his own players as he loses balance spinning around looking for the puck in his feet … Ugh. WHY WHY WHY did they re-sign him … we were finally FREE of Myers; RE-SIGN HIM?!?!? We were finally FREE of Beoser; RE-SIGN HIM?!?!? This management is going SIDE-WAYS.
