This is definitely Quebec Nordiques number fonts, outlines and colours. For most of their NHL history, their jersey numbers didn't have outlines at all. But in the early 1990s, they increased the size of the logo on the jersey and added red outlines around their jersey numbers. These red trims became one of the feature that made this jersey iconic. #bringthemback
I don't like the thirty anniversary logo

As much as I love the nostalgia about the Nordiques (and Whalers), I think relocated teams should stay off using branding from the previous city/team. The Fleur-de-lis has nothing to do with Colorado, neither does the Quebec logo.
