How would you like to be able to afford to live on Hockey Street with Doan and all the other NHL’ers that live in Phoenix.
Would love to see an NHL team in Phoenix but the reality is that outside of a rink you NEVER run into hockey people here…plus you have all the snowbirds/transplants who root for other teams….basically, how will you get 15,000+ people to 42 home games?
NHL in the desert didn't work the first time and it wouldn't again. Spent hundreds of millions to bail out the team since it could never make a dime. Not enough fans period. Quebec City is ten times more deserving.
