    Absolutely, Monty has not been his best yet. But Monty will be just fine. He did make some really big saves last night.

    We are going to have a lot of problems if we get scored on average of 3+ goals. It means our offence will need to produce 4 goals a game. I know we’re good but that’s pressure.

    Many pundits have said $6 -$7 million per on a 3+ year contract for Matheson with Montreal. I suspect it will be a $5 million per on a 3 or 4 year contract. And yes there are teams that would probably pay $7 million per on a 5 or 6 year contract for Mike. Most of Habs fan base wanted Matheson gone.😀 I just did not agree with him on the bottom 6. Interesting times ahead. Great show guys, you have replaced radio for me for Habs news.

    Matheson has to be extended , he’s a clean family man , amazing in the dressing room and probably has the best cardio in the league , Matheson will age well due to his exceptional conditioning, 4×7

    I thought the intro thing with that DJ was garbage , struggling to match the songs with the players , it was loud and just noise. Not sure which woke idiot came up with that concept . Plus only caufield and Anderson had decent songs . Laine picking titanium 😂😂😂

    Idk what Shaun is talking about Slaf has been GREAT to start the year. Sure he hasn’t hit the score sheet as much as we would like but as Marco said, so many of our goals this season don’t happen if not for his forecheck & hard work. Ridiculous take in my opinion

    Damico is way too hard on Montembeault. He said he’d want to get at least two goals back from the last game, that his tracking was off… Did you even see them? One was a perfect pass on the power play, another was a completely lucky ricochet that went in after hitting like two skates. Then there was that spinorama, insane shot from McCann right in front of him off a lucky bounce. And the one from Jamie Oleksiak? He had two or three bodies screening him, and it was a perfect top-corner shot from the blue line — he couldn’t even see the puck. Come on now, I don’t even like Montembeault, but if you actually watched the game, you’d know.

    Yeah, Monty hasn't been at his best so far this year, but gone are the day's when we need a MVP goalie in order to win. In saying that, I would love to see Doby on Thursday.
