#hockey #nhl #anaheimducks #pittsburghpenguins #newyorkrangers ✅ Découvrez notre partenaire ! 1. Kreider looks rejuvenated & his experience & enthusiasm can only be good for the young guys? Early days under the new coach but a huge crowd & a bench full of players actually smiling & not looking miserable is giving off positive vibes. Those free Duck "hats" was such a cool idea & lets the fans know they are cherished though I'm not sure who's footing the "Bill" but great PR.

  2. The only pro Sports team that cares about Orange County. So even if it's been miserable time for my Ducks since 2018, I bought tickets for me and my brothers for the first home weekend game, this will be me and my brothers first ever hockey game and we're all in our 30s. See Arte Moreno, if you just invest in the OC- the OC will invest in you!!!! So here's to staying over 500 for the rest of season LET'S GO ORANGE CRUSH!!!!!!!

(but also let's concede fewer than 3 goals from here on thank you)

  3. In the locker room when he got the Bombay jacket he looked incredibly relieved. Imagine what the locker room was like on the Rangers.

  4. This year looks promising but if we remember the past couple have had pretty good starts its the maintaining thats always the issue. Hopefully this intensity sticks with them. Also Ross Johnston I think has kind of found himself a spot he deserves now, he plays those couple shifts getting 5-10 minutes a night as an energy line. Last night when the Penguins were going for the puck in the corner and Ross was chasing down the energy was there. The powerplay looks better but I am scared because Strome might find a spot on it when he is back and he shouldn't. Realistically the change should not happen to the Gauthier – McTavish – Sennecke line or the Vatrano – Granlund – Terry line even though Granlund in the first 2 games did struggle as a center, maybe that could be where he goes and move Granlund to the RW of the 1st line with Kreider and Carlsson, then a 4th line with Johnston – Poehling – Killorn. The options are good and this might need to bring about rotation, we know Sennecke will and there is a chance that his first game will be a game Sennecke is scratched in.

  5. My 1st Ducks game in-person and let me say, it was epic in every way. What a baptismal experience that ended on a high note. GO DUCKS!!!

  6. Didnt start out all that well. Let the Pens get to the front of the net to easily. Its been a very very long time since the phrase "the powerplay won them a game" was used to describe this team. Definitely exciting start even with that 3-1 loss to the kraken.

  7. Was shocked to see that many in attendance, very cool. I know it won't last throughout the season but the energy and the chants make the game so much better.

  8. Maybe Verbeek's plan is good after all. Early on it is looking like things are finally gelling. Dostal still has some rust. He made some good saves but is first two outings he let a couple of very soft ones in. Some of his better saves were very impressive, so that just tells me he needs to get in the groove of a regular season.

  9. As a nucks fan it’s fun to see just a fun team with no pressure I think they are headed in the right direction

  10. I was a downer on how this summer went for this season but so far it’s looking like I’m having a big bowl of crow 😂 alas it’s still early but I love the vibes off this team

  11. im french canadian and #1 ducks fan..theres no excuses this year, its just a question of time before Sennecke go play with carlsson

  12. His chemistry with Leo looks great. In long term though, I would still prefer Carlsson with Gauthier playing together.

  13. Because Ducks had shit coaches during this rebuild. It took Coach Q getting his rep tarnished and fired over something he wasn't involved in for the Ducks to land one of the best coaches in the league. Not to mention Woodcraft is an apparent PP wizard

  14. Yea that was definitely offside but those borderline calls never go the Ducks way so I'm not surprised.

  15. This game def felt a bit sloppy, but I thought it was great how the Ducks never let up, even when they were up 1. Team is looking real aggressive and energetic, playing some dogged hockey which is great to see.

  16. So happy for Leo, as a Swede he will be imporant at olympics, the first line Center is his to take, he dont have any competition for it right now. Zibanejad? Nah, Elias Petterson? Nah Eriksson Ek? Defensive C, William Karlsson? defensive C, Elias Lindholm? Nah. Hope he can come in with confidence, he can get to play with Nylander, Jesper Bratt or Lucas Raymond.

    Go Leo!!

  17. The shirt the kid was wearing when Kreids threw the orange mask is a ”Orebro Hockey Klubb” one. The team Leo played for in the SHL. That’s so wholesome.

  18. Glad to see your ducks are flying high and the pieces are starting to fall into place. You're work here is amazing keep it going I'm rooting for you

  19. You can thank Artemi panarin for shooting the puck off his stick for the last 4 years. He was aimless in his 20s and turned into a very productive player in his 30s

  20. This is in no way an insult for the Duck's but it's much easier to be better when you have no expectations. Here he can enjoy the game without the rabid media harping at every missed pass. Glad he's enjoying his game and the fans have some hope for a decent season.
