Askarov had a very good game. Especially considering the Devils were on the power play for the entire 2nd period. Glad Eklund got a goal, he has been snakebitten. Always nice to see Macklin get on the scoresheet. I noticed that the veteran players looked out of sync with the young ones, and the team as a whole struggled to put together passes and scoring chances. Onto the next

Good game Devs they got lots of steam now and liked how they kept coming for goals in the beginning against a really strong goalie. You can see san jose is going to be a contender in the coming years as well. Now I hope its the Devils time.

The Devils have started the season in great form, so congrats on this win & San Jose are brimming with young talent that looks like they will be the real thing in a couple of years. The NHL is in good hands with the youngsters who are playing in it now.
