Buium ASP

  2. Most negative retarded podcast about the wings ever. If they won the cup scotty would come and tell you a bunch of analytics that dont apply to hockey because the puck isnt round of why why they ll never win again.

  3. Podcaster Fisher says the bottom 6, or is it the 3rd line, is playing really good, but aren't scoring. Well, you could have the same argument that Seider is playing defense majorly as well, but he doesn't score much either. These podcasters, especially Fisher, is walking a thin line with me, in that he'll make excuses that Seider doesn't have to score bc they continue to claim he's this great defender of the Wings on the ice, but I countered the other day not does a team only need to defend well enough on the ice, but it also needs to score to win a game. You can't make excuses for Seider just bc you think he's this great defender, but then rip the bottom 6 another orifice bc although they're playing very good according to this podcast, they're not scoring like they should, correct? Well, my response to the is, well, neither is Seider scoring when he should…….

  4. The Ducks ??
Don’t be bringing that 4th line “Comoher” energy to this podcast boys, be better.

  5. Ya by trading Rasmussen. Rasmussen is pathetic. Even Probie and McCarty had better scoring touch and they stood up for themselves and teammates. Rasmussen whiffs at one timers every time he don’t check he bumps guys, he is slow and most of all he don’t fight when needed so he isn’t good for NOTHING. Rasmussen is not your best penalty kill the team SUCK last year in penalty kill. A speedy skater would be a lot better penalty killer than that big worthless dinosaur Rasmussen.

  6. For both of you to get the Sunday opponent wrong for the whole segment is pretty embarrassing. Quality control department took the night off apparently.

  7. Honestly I would put Copp and Appleton together on the 4th line (both have played a lot together from the Winnipeg days) and if Rasmussen needs to be in the lineup for PK put him as Copp's wing since playing with him have brought out the best in him before…

The 3rd line is pretty easy imo, you try Söderblom & Berggren together who on paper should work well together since Söderblom is strong around the boards and have finnish ability, where Berggren is weakest around the boards and strength is his playmaking, setting up guys WHO CAN FINNISH (which been his biggest problem only gets to play with stone hands dump and chase checkers for linemates…)

Honestly what does JVR bring at this stage for a still rebuilding team? Do we really need TWO 37yo in the lineup when we just seen how much youth have brought… I do think Berggren is better off getting traded to other organization but you gattu give him opportunity to succeed to get value out of him… And Berggren have brought more value to PP2 then JVR aswell, and even though he isnt the fastest skater he looks like Darren Helm in his prime compared to JVR that looks a lot more like Homer in alumni games…

Anyway i'm rambling but bare with me… The 3C i guess has to be Compher cause i don't see Danielson do that in "the now" and here's why… I don't know how much Griffins games you guys watch or if you mostly watch highlights/stats… From what i've seen Danielson shows flashes here and there but i think he still working to come up to speed after his injury, so i doubt he will be the answer in near (maybe later in the season) future at 3C like you guys talk about…

I've watched every GR game since Danielson returned and MBN got assigned and i gattu say i havnt seen such a strong Griffins team probably since the haydays when Nyqvist & Tatar lead the way back in the 2013 Calder Cup, so i don't think we should only focus on Danielson and the first rounders remained there in him and MBN… Honestly i see a whole bunch of players on this team that have NHL written all over them…

Biggest surprise to me is Michal Postava, really really impressed of his athleticism, positioning and extremely good at anticipation and read plays. I know Cossa have great numbers aswell to start the season but Postava have impressed more on me on pure skill, where Cossa seem to rely more on his 6'7 frame… If Augustine comes as adverticed aswell, we might have a very good "problem" on our hands soon enough in Detroit.

Other guys i've been most impressed with so far is Amadeus Lombardi and William Wallinder, both screams NHL players for me, specially the pace and skating ability they both have that def is well above average for NHL players. Lombardi is such a gifted set up guy aswell, if there is something we are missing in Detroit for both "the now" and specially (when Kane hangs them up, he is 37 so) for the future is high level playmakers… Lombardi (and Max Plante) hopefully can be the answer there…

Another observation is that MBN probably have been very disappointed by the demotion cause he have not been very noticeble at all these past 3 games… Tralmaks (who is not a kid though) could very well step in on Detroit's 4th line today and be an upgrade over Rasmussen. Dominik Shine have been outstanding aswell so far since he got the C in GR. Tuomisto still a bit to slow on his skates for NHL i believe, with that said he looks like Paul Coffey compared to Justin Holl who is having issues to even keep up at AHL level from games i've seen, i'd be shocked if he gets to play another NHL game in any organization in the future…

Gustafsson looks actually to good for AHL and been above point a game so far in GR (i think he got 9 points in 7 games now after tonights 3p game), hopefully we are able to move him OR he can bring some value if injurys happens/ASP hits a wall and we need a PP2 replacement… Well i guess that's what i wanted to lift… The only real disappointment have been Mazur injured again and not looking he will be back anytime soon, which kind of get me start wondering if the stars ever will get aligned for him to make it in the NHL…

Anyways, lots of stuff to be exciting about in the Red Wings organization nowdays! If playoffs happens this year or not, future looks very bright! #LGRW

  8. I feel like arguing for Rasmussen at this point is like the Drew Miller vs Patrick Eaves arguments in years past. Good metrics without results equals not a whole hell of a lot. We don’t have the offensive guns to have purely one dimensional defensive players. Teams like Colorado or Tampa could do that because scoring wasn’t an issue for them. I would go with more offensive minded players and keep Copp and Compher. I am not saying defense isn’t important, but that is why you drafted two way players that are offensively capable. Danielson up. Maybe try Berggren up on line 1 and Finnie in a Danielson, Finnie, Appleton line. Might spark two lines or two players. It is no disrespect to Finnie, but Berggren has looked engaged and was making some good players.

  9. Not a big believer that ras is the key to their pk, if that were the case how did they go from dead last to top 5 with everyone except the goalies and the rookies being on this team. It's the system, and it's working, ras should still be on the line as far as making this lineup every night. As soon as danielson is deemed ready and kane is back, sit ras.

  10. Hey guys, we messed up. The Red Wings play Chicago on Sunday, not Anaheim. Anaheim is the following game. I misread the schedule. Sorry folks!

  11. They spend a whole segment previewing the Sunday game against the “ Ducks “ when they play the Blackhawks..😂..the Ducks game is Thursday 🤦‍♂️

  12. Berggren is driving the play on that line. Copp and Compher can't create anything offensively. So the answer is to demote Berggren? Because Copp or Compher needs speed? Berggren isn't any slower than Appleton and definitely transports the puck better.

Man, I don't mean to come off as a dick, but watch the game. It's like you guys rely so much on advanced stats because you have goldfish memories.

  13. Two names are why our bottom six are terrible more so than the others

Andrew Copp and Compher are fucking terrible on offense.

  14. If these guys were making league minimum…fine, they’re making pretty big money for 1 goal through about 15 games. Garbage.

  15. The Wings are locked on losing. It’s the same team every day. Yes they got off to a great start but they are looking like a .500 team again. The great start can’t hide the fact that there’s a lot of average players on the roster that can’t score.
