  1. I dont think it was that big of a deal, quick is a sad little baby with a full diaper 😂

  2. I'm REALLY interested to see what comes of this. We know the NHL prevented bench clearing brawls because they rightfully hate them, but a post-game bench clearing brawl of sorts is interesting. I'd assume a fine to both teams and maybe a suspension to Larkin and Appleton for instigating everything, but aside from that I don't think there will be anything because it wasn't full-on fighting between everyone.

  3. I could understand the reaction if the goalie was still in net… but it was an empty net and the game was over. If you want to fight do over something that actually matter.

  4. To me, Appleton just wanted to try and score just before the buzzer. This was in no way an attempt to rub it in the faces of the Rangers, and Quick reacted in such a childish manner, especially since the game was over.

  5. People saying “fragile ego” would be the same people calling the rangers soft if they did nothing. It’s stupid and corny to be pissed off over shooting the puck into the empty net but this is what you do. Either you people are ignorant, trolling, or just dumb. What’s actually concerning as a rangers fan is the fact that Quick had to be the first man in.

  6. Yall want people to watch this on tv…highlight the puck…put a trail on it or something. This is strange

  7. Nawh, to all the folks saying Appleton didn't do anything wrong you don't know hockey. He definitely shot it after hearing the buzzer and that's a disrespect that can't be ignored. Any self respecting team tells that boy to find another rink and Quick was showing good leadership there and making a point to his team – step the F up boys. Veteran move.

  8. A player shoots a puck in an empty net after the horn, and the goalie is angry. Has that always been an "unwritten rule" in hockey. Seems petty.
