It was 100% a cross check against Robertson, but it shouldn't have came to that. Stars are a better team than that

  2. Funny, Gil from LOI had the opposite take on the final play. Robertson was barreling into Ridditch as Pulock trailed and I don't see Toronto overturning the call on the ice if it's not compelling. Stars are a great team but can't win every game. Finally, the Isles aren't "Boring" anymore. Schaefer, Heiniman and Drouin have changed everything.

  3. Otter should cry like that baby in the net for NYI on every goal! That is par for the course for NHL refs against the Stars!

  4. Agree. Robertson was pushed into the goalie. That was total bs. If the league can screw us over? They will. The league hates us. We put ourselves in a bad spot by letting them score shorthanded, plus Otter let that puck get by him off the boards. We got into penalty trouble on the PP. lots of mistakes but we still fought our way back to tie with .1 seconds left. Should’ve been a good goal. 100%. We got screwed for sure.

  5. Jamie nearly buried that chance he had coming across the crease for his 400th. It was so close. That would’ve been poetic if he had put that one in on Razor appreciation night. Love Razor. Great guy. Canucks on Thursday. I hate these late games on the west coast. Ugh…

  6. I couldn't believe the call. I sat there in shock thinking surely they would change it, but knowing they wouldn't.

  7. WTF you DD’s got Stars in your eyes
Robertson blew by Pulock skating threw the crease and clipped Rittich
It ain’t the 80’s DD’s that’s goalie interference and had to be called
    God the stupidity
Robertson said it was illegal , they lost a Fuking game calls where legit

  8. Morning skate boys said it was a good call , anyone outside of Texas knows it was a good call
    Robertson said it was illegal
Should give Texas back to Mexico you guys bring nothing to the table
    Steers and Q’s that’s it

  9. As elite as these players are, there’s no way he had to go into the crease or interfere. Robertson was barely touched – not cross checked.

  10. There might have been a Santa Claus in the Situation Room, but no hockey expert! Rantanen was shoved by Mayfield beforehand! But it’s kind of fair, considering the coach and Rittich put on such a show, and those guys probably just wanted to make up for it somehow…

  11. Your lucky the Islanders dont have any enforcers. To think they had Chara, Matt Martin, and Ross Johnston once. Rantanen would have gotten his ass kicked. That would have been awesome.

  12. Islanders beat rested Dallas on home ice on the back end of a long west coast road trip using backup goalie.

  13. How Roy a former NHL goalie can stand there with a straight face defending the goalie interference is beyond me. 100% not goalie interference by every definition

  14. Isles fan here. Robertson initiated the contact, Pulock was late but did use his stick. Robertson using his leg to hook Ridditch and keep him out of the play probably the difference in the call.

  15. Yo locked on stars your the biggest clown of all the locked on Channels learn hockey before you talk about it you lost to David rittich in our 6th game of a 7 game road trip (5-1-0)

  16. Robinson intentionally headed to the blue line to cause goalie interference. You need eyeglasses.

  17. You Dallas fans would be saying the same thing if the reverse happened and the Isles got that last second goal. You'd be crying for interference on your goaltender. Stop whining. Dallas got outplayed in the game.

  18. I'm gonna point something out here: for all of the talk about how Pulock hit Robertson in the crease, if you actually look at the play, Robertson never actually changed direction or speed as a result of that hit, which means he would've clipped Rittich even without the help. And that's why the goal was waved off.

  19. Are you kidding? That's the most textbook goalie interference possible. Then you had bo horvath tripped and as he is falling his stick grazes a star on the shoulder and somehow he gets the penalty AND THROWN OUT for arguing the worst penalty call of all time. So I don't want to hear anything from brain dead stars fans go cry about the cowboys and leave the hockey to hockey people

  20. What a liar you are there was no cross check. You don’t know the game. There is a reason Joe doesn’t show the video….because he is LYING

  21. Idk why you're so outraged guy. You lost to a better team! You've reached max level Karen mode, must've taken serious strength hold back those tears

  22. The NHL is the only professional league that can predict the pathway of a player before so called goalie interference, and disregard obvious interference by the defensemen into the goalie causing a loose puck and subsequent goal. So now at least a point is lost, possibly what could have been 2 points. At the end of the season let's see if that makes a difference in the standings and maybe even a tie breaker. Reminds me of the NFL who knows what pass interference is. The NHL heads continue to be a joke!!

  23. New York Islanders really like to push Dallas players on their own players…..no wonder Islanders are injured
