#EdmontonOilers #Oilers #DallasStars #NHL #Stars
It’s very difficult to win when the team lacks: Management Coaching Leadership Commitment Heart Desire Offence Defence Goaltending In no particular order, of course.
Skinner and Pickard starting to look more like they belong in the AHL or ECHL. We tried this tandem the past two plus years, it's time for a change. At this point, I'd put even Rodrigue in net and see how he does at the NHL level. Because we ain't moving that Nurse contract anytime soon, and Bouchard coughing up passes like the Plague ain't helping with that extension.
I think if we miss the playoffs this year, and I know we've come back from a poor October-November the past three years, but if we don't do it again this year, then I'm expecting some sort of shake-up with the core guys. Maybe we trade McDavid for first-round picks and a couple prospects, which beats losing him for nothing in Free Agency. Maybe Hyman gets dealt. Maybe RNH gets dealt. Not saying we trade all three guys in a week, but if even one or two of them go, we'll have some room to try and build a possibly competent team with somewhat cheaper players that have something to prove.
Numb is right, the whole team seems numb in the head. Hilarious analogy about the defense being like a rats nest of fishing line🤣🤣oh man that killed me! Get a Fing goalie Bowman spend some $ or get off the pot, FFS! Also where the f has Dry been?
@DolynnyTV you need to add a squirrel shirt to your wardrobe for this season unfortunately. I hope I'm wrong but there are a lot of blockers this season. I'm fine with being called out because I missed something lol.
This roster, this coaching staff – it’s cooked. The top lines of the Oilers are too predictable. The bottom six is a black hole. The coach has no answers. The goaltending isn’t working. The team is losing hope. And I can’t put in the effort to care. Like you say, your eyes gloss over. It’s like you know the game – maybe the season – is going to be a bust. The team seems to tank on purpose. Especially after a bad Stu performance. This team NEEDS a quality goaltender. End of story.
They should maybe trade places with the Oil Kings or at least go watch their games and maybe learn something. The whole organization should be absolutely ashamed of what they've doing. They have no excuses Period !!!!
It's only fair that success be shared over time amongst all of the teams in the NHL rather than having the same teams enjoy all of the success on a continual basis. As a Jets fan, I'm appreciative of how well they did in the 2024/2025 regular season and I try to be satisfied with that. Oilers fans need to be thankful for how their team made it all the way to the Stanley cup final in both 2024 and 2025 and should be satisfied with that. To expect your team to do all of the winning on a forever basis is selfish.

It’s very difficult to win when the team lacks:
Management
Coaching
Leadership
Commitment
Heart
Desire
Offence
Defence
Goaltending
In no particular order, of course.
I showed faith in Stu just yesterday by ordering a #74 jersey. I'm glad he repaid that faith by being part of this nightmare game.
I'm in Colorado.. I find your content very entertaining.. keep up the good work 👍
Defense stinks goalie stinks
Like I say, their game is too predictable teams have them figured out. They never shoot the puck their man coverage sucks.
Talk about playing soft and where’s the leadership on this team because I don’t see any.
Ouch …that hurt

We’re 2 points out of playoff spot
There is always next year, time for a little retooling.
Welcome to the Edmonton Canucks!
