Playoffs are a different beast. But Avs defense is playing lights out and defense travels well in the playoffs. Hopefully Necas and Nelson show up this year and Nichushkin doesnt pull another exit. And they need to stay healthy and fresh. They have to put that newly found depth to good use and keep the top line fresh as the season grinds along. And lastly need Landeskog to stay healthy and strong and captain them through the playoffs.
I'm still shook by Rantanen being traded but honestly, this year is alot of fun. Obviously because of the winning but I really mean just how the team feels. For once we have mostly healthy lineup and have really solid depth. The goalies are the icing on the cake. I'm biased but I really hope the Avs can win another Cup. I'd like to see Burns get one and Landy winning another Cup would just absolutely cement him as one of the greatest stories in sports. No one deserves anything but if there is a situation as close as it could he to deserving something, Landy deserves the pay off for how hard he worked to get back. I honestly think the team is better because he is back leading the team
I'd love to see a Canadian team win the Cup, but that is definitely not happening this year Isorry, Ottawa, who have been the best Canadian team thus far) I'm happy to see a team who wins on skill and speed dominate. '
I live in Toronto who have chosen the opposite route: trying to become the slowest team in the league, who almost invite teams into their end by skating away, however slowly. Hopefully, this success will inspire imitation, which in Bettman's league which emphaszes cheap shots and drama.

well earned glazing on the turkey
I honestly don’t know if we could still get past dallas
Ok, now do one on Calgary next
Mackinnon has 39 points, but I'm guessing you made this before yesterday's game
And it has only happened 3 times having only 1 regulation loss after 23 games.
Imagine this team with Rantanen
Snow team good!
This is why Mikko is so grumpy lol

20 games in and the query for greatest has arrived. That's replacing the puck with two balls.
Never forget Lightning and the Bruins. Regular season matters shit in the playoffs.
Its a great season to be an Avs fan
Yeah seen this script before…ya know it's gonna be Colorado Dallas again…Rantann's revenge part 2?
Go Avs!! Hopefully this good start translates into another Cup!!😊
they got 6 losses hardly 1 loss or fewer
They’ll find a way to blow it.
Go Stars
As a wild fan living in CO, I got mad respect for the Avs…….go wild though.
Go AVS!
Playing against the Avs in 2025 is like Normandy back in 1945. It's litteraly impossible and only the bravest can overcome it.

Every game seems to be an Avs kicking.
