  1. Montreal could had put a statue in net wearing a Canadiens jersey. I lost count of how many Knights pathetic shots went right into the crest of the Montreal goaltender.

  2. Shout out to Monty . Only one game, but hopefully start of good things to come for him. Well deserved , well earned . Great game . 2 huge points on the road ..Texier looked good in his first game, with Dach and Newhook back , we'll have another explosive line . Can't help but wonder just how much better Habs could have been with Heineman and Arnia still here ..

  3. Anyone else notice a slight drop in audio quality on scoring plays only?? It's been something I've noticed all year long, both with Sportsnet and NHL, French and english highlights.

Makes the highlights less exciting to watch.. when the the audio quality drops, you know a goal is coming.

Surely I can't be the only one who's noticed this?

  4. You can tell Montreal's been working on their Defensive game – made Monty's life a hell of a lot easier

  5. I have no idea how Marner is considered Selke level given how often he coughs up the puck at the worst possible times.

  6. Monty had a better game however he is still oversliding more than any other NHL goaltender and leaving the net wide open which cost Monty his shutout.

  7. I don't think there's a player currently better than Caufield at these near goal line shots. Goaltenders worst nightmare cause they have to be ready for a pass, but also know that he will just wire it upstairs for free if they move too far.
