The passing, collapses, lack of team speed is evident. The playoff teams now , they cant hold a candle to.
Theres not enough skill in the team. Also prospects and farm is dry. Its going to be new Dark ages..
Let's just be real Ranger fans. This season is all but over. We've officially hit the quarter mark of the season. Usually when teams hit this part of the season, we can tell how things are going to turn out. This is who they are, "AS A TEAM" not individual performances or stats, which they can't even get those. Gotta score, in order to get them and the Rangers can't score consistently enough to maintain any level success for any long stretches. At most, they might win three in a row, but, this team is no where good enough good to maintain that. I honestly, have no clue anymore, which direction this team is heading and honestly, I'm already over it.
Rough sledding when our playoff hopes rely on most other teams stinking, too.

No scoring, questionable heart, lacking the hunger for a win.
Not sure why they don't try a Kids Line.
Not sure why they don't recall Mackey and Chmelar – make teams scared to play us.
Not sure why Raddysh with the only hat trick was sent to the 4th line.
Been fan since 90. I have seen the Dark ages. This feels exacly like it. Talent is old and not hungry, farm and prospects fail. This is going to be grim and I don't see any quick fixes..

Mika needs to be waived to be forced out of the team
JT Miller needs to be waived as well
I don't see them making the playoffs again, face the reality.
And until Chris Drury is still GM/PoHo (President of Hockey Operations) this team will never make the postseason and will never win a Stanley Cup

These guys play slow, can't execute a breakaway or odd man rush. The opposition every game is all over them all over the ice.
Way to many errant cross ice pass attempts, really bad when you play so slow. What happened to their 200' defensive game from games 1-10???

Talent doesn’t create wins. They float most of the games. Yes the defense is much better but they have to score goals.

I thought that Mike Sullivan would be a source of mediation & mitigation to Drury's ineptitude, but it seems more like a toxic relationship than a productive one. Sheary's place on the team is an example of nepotism not a merit based decision. Laba is saddled with two millstones around his neck. What Drury & Sullivan see in Seuss is beyond comprehension. He's a lumbering version of K'iller out there. Mika nailed it in the interview. Where is the forecheck? I was expecting a much more dynamic forechecking system. Last year there was inept defense. This year it's inept offense. It appears that offense & defense can't reach a happy medium. Does the system stress defense to the detriment of offense? I keep calling it a transition year, meaning the outcome is probably uncertain. However, there are personnel decisions that are indefensible. Berard is really playing well & his speed would be an asset with Laba. There are too many forwards on the sidelines & Parsinnen should be getting playing time in the AHL, because he needs development more than Berard or Perreault.
We routinely get handled by teams im told were "better" than this roster is pathetic our "stars" are just not they get outworked by any and every player on the opposing team , Sully puts Sheary on the pp absolute masterclass , the whole organization is unsure what its identity is .
Where are the offensive players???? Laf sucks can't hit open net . Will C overstated . Edstrom stinks. Parrison is nowhere to be found. Quick is only bright spot. The big time players ??? are way overpaid . We need better scouts in the organization. Hartford is a disaster. Coaches are weak.

its not that they are on the outside looking in as far as playoffs. They are tied for 3rd WORST in the conference. Sully doesn't change teams, players play like they want yo under him, that is why the Pen's finally got rid of him.
