Are the Jets cooked?
They really… REALLY need depth. We cant have our second line being run by 3rd and 4th liners. We cannot keep struggling to put the puck in the net. Helly being out just hurts it even more because we can’t score our way to wins like Edmonton has done before.
Play more young guys and see what you got. Try and be a seller and not a buyer at the trade deadline and look to next year. I don't know what the Jets facination is with seemingly wanting to be the geriatric ward of the NHL, but they gotta stop.

Throwing this team out after 23 games when there 3 points out of a playoff spot is crazy work. Not to mention they have 2 games in hand on both wildcard teams. There’s obviously a hole with ehlers gone but to assume that Barron, neideritter, iafallo, perfetti can’t start scoring is laughable

I foresee not-so-rosy days for the Jets in the near future, and with that, ticket sales will drop off dramatically, which, together with the rapidly escalating salaries, will spell the end of the Jets in Winnipeg. Been there, did it, done it.
1 or 2 year retool. Trade they’re depth/veteran guys like Nino, Demelo, Iafallo, etc. Get a top pick this year and next. Let the young guys play and develop and get back to it soon
