i don't understand the outrage and disappointment. this team is a bottom half of the league talent. the idiotic frustration about why they cannot compete against good teams is hilarious. they are a bottom third nhl caliber team. stop with the pearl clutching. they will not be a serious team until they sanitize the organization. the best case scenario is that drury is fired, dolan goes into a retirement home, and an authentic restructuring of the organization takes place. we are looking at a 10 year process if everything goes right. until that happens we'll have the same bullshit we've endured for decades

Re the actual game — You can give up 35 shots and win, but not when you get just 13 on net, including just 1 legitimate shot in the first (the other was a 30mph looper by Soucy from 60 feet), and just 4 in the third period. Shesterkin was basically the only reason this even resembled a competitive game.

How does this team get 13 shots on goal for the entire game how pathetic the way they played and not to stand up for Fox you have to be kidding me. To me you weren’t going to win this game anyway at least let Hagle know get after him not to hurt him the hit was clean but do something. To me the Rangers game plan is not working. I’m mean for god sakes they couldn’t get out of our D zone. It just seems to me something else is going on behind closed doors that we aren’t aware of. Unfortunately, this is just who they are. Team is not talented enough to compete with the top teams. And the team does not put in a consistent A-level effort. When is the last time we heard anyone else say…the Rangers are a difficult team to play against. That is entirely within the control of an individual player and the team collectively. Disappointed that Miller has not been more of a leadership spark.
