Get that top 3 pick, have a feeding frenzy in free agency, promote rookies up. It's the perfect way to move up to contention with rookie contracts to eat up Ufa cap, a rookie generational player for a good future, and a veteran core.

They need an actual rebuild this time without Aquilini meddling for mediocrity. Fire Rutherford and Alvin. Go get a front office that can rebuild and leave them alone to do it. I have to admit that I won't lose any sleep if we lose Hughes. I don't like his play style, and he seems to inspire little to nothing as captain.
Why is Hughes shooting more than Petey this season? I don't know if the stats confirm this but it sure seems like it.
We drafted a hot shot in QH. So we get rid of him. What makes you think the next hot shot will change anything? Trade EP and give his bag to QH. Draft another hot centre to replace him. I'm just so sick of this "blow it all up after every bad spell" mentality. Rebuilds suck, they take YEARS. No one loves watching a team that sucks for 4-5 years.
