Bob needs a break and find himself again. 6 goals is not ok. Defense has been mediocre so it’s not entirely his fault but dang. Marchand is having a crazy season. And I think the reason why it’s a fight every game is because most teams understand we are the defending champions and we are hurt so they play as hard as they can to see how they might do in the playoffs.

As shaky as this game looked for sections, no one can claim these guys aren't scrappy, clawing and digging for every point they can. A bunch of contributions as well as normally solid buys looking off their game. Needed 2 points, on to the next game and Go Cats.

As goldy said the Cats needed a game like this one for the energy & (possibly) the confidence in the room. I wasn’t able to watch anything besides the last two minutes of OT. Man is good to see E2 D2 back on the ice. I hope this is the game that gets the groove back for the Cats. Also Swaggy and I Speak for the Bennetts are definitely back now.

Games like these remind me why I love sports. This game had everything, highs and lows, moments of pure elation, others where I'm utterly pissed – anxiety through the roof, but still overcome it all and get the win in the end. I know this is just one game, and it was Columbus, but I hope that a win of this style gives this team some juice. Having Lousty is really nice, too
