I don't understand how a team this stacked has a powerplay that is consistently that bad
Just because the goalie is down and out, and a stick hits the goalie's pads… that doesn't mean goaltender interference. Not sure what they were talking about. 2 regulation loses now and these commentators are acting like they are desperate for every single point. These type of games will happen.
Tons of Avs and Quebec jerseys last night at UBS. Met some really nice people. I don't really watch the west. So I dont know much about your D structure. But I can tell you about the play when Barzal went right down the middle and scored. As amazing as his skating is and stick handling is, 99% of the time he absolutely refuses to shoot. There are games where he will have zero shots on goal. People say he is a figure skater with a helmet and stick. It looked like a soft goal because the D wasn't anticipating a shot from him. We are no where as skilled as your team, but when our defense plays well and Sorokin is on top of his game, we can beat anyone. He is heroic on most nights. Schaefer is incredible. I wanted to make sure I was in the building last night to give Brock some love when he came back.
