  1. Spencer Knight is a a god sent. I think we are couple years away but I want to see what happens when the other prospects join the team.

  2. I havent watched since 2016. Im just starting to watch highlights again and I think the Hawks are back….might be too early to tell tho

  3. They are definitely not tbh. Way too early to tell. Sure they have a few extra dubs, but can they take a cup? Absolutely not, at least not yet.

  4. The fact that they don’t even have Frondell Kansternov Lardis Vanaecker Nestrasil Korchinski Behm and West up yet is crazy this team is going to be amazing

  5. Not back…yet. They have the pieces but they are a year or two away. Standings tel the story right now.

  6. Bedard hogs ice time, floats instead of defending, cheats up ice for breakaways, and his shifts reliably produce extra shots and goals against while he pads his numbers. You can’t build a stable team around a player who treats defense as optional and uses heavy minutes to chase personal stats.

  7. Actually crazy disrespect to vanacker, dude has 22 goals in 22 games and that's just a solid start no big deal

  8. this season isn't really about the wins, it's about giving the fans some hope that the rebuild is working. And they're definitely exceeding every expectation in that department.

  9. Hawks fan since the early 60s. they are definitely on their way back…BUT i don't think their quite there yet, stiil too many turn overs, those behind the back blind passes have to stop…i know these kids are all still learning. they are definitely headed in the right direction ….GO HAWKS

  10. We might be a playoff team this year but the interesting stuff happens next year. We have the cap space to go out and get a few FAs to support Bedard, Frondell/Kanterov are coming over, and if things continue how they are in Florida we get another top 10 pick.

  11. This season reminds me of 2007-08 when everything started to really gel with Kane and Toews.

  12. Later today when the Green Bay Packers whip the Bears, Chicago fans might reflect on which of their teams did the most to elevate Chicago sports. It's not the Bears who last won 40 years ago. It's not the Bulls who have been zero since 1998. It's not the Cubs who waited 108 years to win in 2016, nor was it the White Sox who have never been back since 2016
The Blackhawks beat the Flyers in 2010, the Bruins in 2013, and skated with the Stanley Cup IN CHICAGO in 2016.
Chicago sports radio and podcasts can't suck enough when it comes to not recognizing the team that gives them some measure of pride. Blackhawks fans are great people, and they deserve much better than the other has been teams there.
