I find it interesting. I’ve been watching Hockey for a decade you know when the olden days Canada seems to always be picked on unless you’re the Oilers olden days when they won five Stanley cups same with Montreal sandwich Toronto since Gary first came in I believe 1993 or 92 hockey has not been the same. The market hasn’t been the same but meanwhile they take the Canadian dollar take the Canadian fans money And we basically fill up the arenas compared to like Florida Carolina Vegas LA other small markets that don’t get fans but meanwhile, Canadians fill up like crazy and here we go Quinton Hughes doesn’t wanna sign into Vancouver. It’s like they’re forced to leave Canada because the market is in the tax that they pay. It seems to be something all the time he wants to go play with his brother he’s American people do this and I’m surprised who knows maybe Austin Matthews will be next. I don’t think so but I noticed the Canadian market does not get the respect like it. Should we hold more Phan base than any other arena we sell out on merch than any other arena, our culture for hockey is 10 times higher than Americans And here we are trying to fight to win a Stanley Cup since 1993 when the Montréal Canadiens did it the refs they’re all bought and paid. It’s a cycle. It’s all about endorsements where the endorsements come from where the money comes from and it’s pathetic how we as Canadians allow this we complain. Anyone saying they should have gotten Faber, kaprizov, boldly.. none of those trades would have happened this way, and in no way would Billy Guerin or the wild give up any of those players.. they just signed KK to a 8yr 17mil/yr deal, no shot they trade him for Quinn.. Vancouver would be giving up picks at that point
