What do you think is actually going on with this team right now and how do the Hawks even navigate things if Bedard’s out for a while?
Nick Lardis is going to pop off. He found where the net wasn't against Detroit. Next game he scores.
#refuelthetank
Need to keep lardis up. Him and bedard would be great together
accurate description of the beard injury
Not a doctor but it looked like a dislocated shoulder (and I've seen others say the same), and if that's all it is he might still be out for up to a month but he should be fine once he's back, and depending on what his Olympic chances were like before the injury, he might still have a chance at Team Canada if it's just a dislocated shoulder. There's always the chance he tore something though. Also, I thought Lardis played really, really well
Tangled up. So the why try to win faceoffs, when you can just cross check the guy as hard as you can?
As a Blackhawks fan Schenn was just playing the game: I'm hopeful that since it wasn't the landing maybe the impact is lessened too: Hopeful for better news on monday
Downturn seemed to start after the Nazar injury, the team hasn’t been itself since then.
were going to see what Frankie, Lev, and Lardis have and were going to find out fast.
Maybe good for the Hawks in the long run.
No need to apologize for the content coming out later than expected. We all have lives outside of YouTube. Gotta pay the bills somehow right? Once Nick F went down with his hand injury , they sort of lost their way. The old guard does its job here and it’s sorely missed. Nazar going down didnt help either. Their game took a turn in buffalo. That was beyond embarrassing. They got exposed big time. Growing pains as they mature I guess. I ain’t tossing the towel in yet. Lots of hockey left here.
It’s all going to shit. Very disappointing
These guys need to figure out how to win without Bedard, otherwise this team won't get anywhere. While it sucks, it could be beneficial for us in the end.
Rotator cuff injuries are so nasty painful
He has amazing talent and can be the future of the league.
But again, it wasn't much of a physical contact event.
He is brittle.
If the hawks ever make the playoffs, he won't survive the 1st round. He will have to beef up and be stronger.
It’s so over
No need to rush Bedard. No need for him to be on team Canada. It time for guys to step up and nobody did. This is Frank Nazar's time to shine. Unfortunately, Frank looks lost out there, looks like he has little confidence, and when he gets the puck he passes it as fast as he can.
Love Lardis's wicked one timer from the right circle on the power play. He will score next game. Hopefully, like Moore, he'll play so well the Hawks have to keep him in Chicago.
Stick taps for Big Lou, a 7th round pick making his case for being a top 4 D-man.😂
Ngl, I think if Bedard is missing significant time their best course of action is to tank for a top 3 pick
Welcome to the NHL Connor.
It was a 1 goal game, there’s no “going to hard” when it’s a one goal game and the pucks in your zone
Bedard out for 3 months. MRI results not good. Season is over; maybe another bottom feeder finish. Hawks are fragile. Teams know to get big time physical on the kids. We need bigger and tougher players. Time for a new GM again, with a new vision. We don't have the right horses in this league. Bye bye Connor…see ya next year. Get well.😢
Solder Bloom is the worst goaltender of all time
They need to move Bedard to wing
BS Bro!!! No crosscheck from Shenn No injury. You can tie up a player without a blatant crosscheck. Sick of Canuck hockey people calling it a hockey play.
Blues fan here, sorry to see it happen, the guy is amazing.
For me it’s not just about the fact that Bedard is injured or even how long he’ll be out. It’s the location. Whether it’s collarbone, rotator cuff, idk what else. It’s his right shoulder area which when it comes to his skill set is one of, if not, the most important part of his game.
Full recovery. No messing around with coming back too soon (which is what I think happened to nazar)
Is this that Bedard sauce channel that kept changing its name and vanished from my radar
Why did Schenn have to go that hard at that moment? Time and time again the Blues have been victimized by F-ing last second goals (remember Winnipeg Game 7?) so Schenn wasn't having any part of that on that night!!
The club hasn’t been the same for about a month now. This injury just means we need to make a trade to save the season. It’s pretty simple—we don’t have enough top 6 forwards.
