Changes are needed. First in conditioning. If you can't play back to back games without dying, then go away. You can't even play in the AHL without back to back to back. This leads roster changes. You see alot of coasting in the 3rd. Waive those players, cut them, trade them, whatever. You cant give 60 minutes every game, be gone.
Need to bench stars, or whoever isn't giving effort. Stop playing vets like Hayes. He played 6 minutes and was a -2. Why is he here?
