Grebenkin has had one game in the top 9 and you want to call Bump up already. You have 2-3 months and Grebby gets 1 game. Thank goodness you guys have zero influence on team decisions.
Let's calm down. I want to see Bump find consistency with the phantoms. He hasnt proved himself in the AHL yet
On Dec 2nd they called up Carl Grundstrom, who has played 293 NHL games all with LA Kings but 1 game with Philly. Has 15pts in 19gms in AHL Phantoms. So Grebenkin is going to get more time. Its a lot to ask for Bump or Barkey if they came up right now than Grebenkin, he's already here, he's more up to speed, now its just up to him. I'm kind of surprised Anthony Richard didn't get called up.

It makes no sense to call Bump up unless there is a top 9 spot. Putting him into a fourth line playing 8 minutes a night will set him back. I keep Bump in the AHL until a top 9 role is available. Right now Grsbenlin has earned a chance to play in the top 9.

It makes absolutely no sense to want to bring Alex Bump, Grenbenkin beat him cleanly in the training camp and patiently waited his turn on the fourth line . He deserves a chance to prove himself; nobody owes Alex Bump anything.
